Exercise as a habit

In the 19th century people had to go outside the home and start running but today machines are available in the market which helps in running. Just do running for 15 to 20min no need to go outside and also helps in less time consuming
Swimming & Bicycling
Swimming, bicycling very important exercise for loosing weight swimming burnt 800cal/hr bicycling burnt 500 to 1,000 cal/hr. A healthy body has a healthy brain there are some other exercises also like yoga, aerobics (700-800 cal/hr) exercise best technique for fitness and healthy life exercise not having any side effect with flat tummy, strengthens heart muscles, lower blood pressure controls the level of cholesterol.
