Tasty vegetarion recipe of Cheese Raviolie Sauce

It is very delicious vegetarian dish which make easily and in very short time. It serves with other pasta type such as tortellini or penne.

I also serve it with a good quality of crusty bread. If you want to taste it must try it. I want to tell you its ingredients. Please note.

Ingredients

  • 2 (9 ounce) packages fresh cheese ravioli
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound roma tomatoes – peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Cook ravioli for few mints when it cooked then took pasta in a bowl and cook it for few minutes on medium heat.
  2. Then add tomatoes, artichokes, scallion, garlick and salt and pepper cook it for two to three minutes, stirring continuously until the vegetables are cook. Then remove it from heat.
  3. Then drain pasta transfer to a large bowl, and mix one table spoon of oil. Add half of the sauce to the ravioli tosses gently but thoroughly to mix.

Now transfer ravioli in to a big platter. . Pour remaining vegetable sauce over ravioli. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
