You have to burn 3,500 calories on every single pound that you want to loose and if you calculate the decreasing amount of calories day after day, you will lose fat, even if you just eat chocolate. A proper diet helps you to lose weight more than exercise. You can lose weight by eating and exercising properly, but you can’t lose weight by exercising and eating improperly.

Breakfast;
