Awesome Applesauce For kids

It specially makes for kids with complete nutrition which need for children.Many child’s diet is incomplete. Only daily routine food is not enough for their but they also need some extra nutrition. So Awesome Applesauce can help your child to complete their need of nutrition.
Ingredients:
•    2 small red apples
•    2 tbsp. lemon juice
•    2 tsp. sugar
•    2 pinches of cinnamon
Utensils:
•    knife (you’ll need help from your adult assistant)
•    blender or food processor
•    measuring spoons
•    serving bowls
Method
1.    First of all remove outer layer of apple and cut them into small pieces. Throw out the core.
2.    Now all the pieces of apple and the juice of lemon put them into blender. Blend until the mixture is very smooth.
3.    This mixture pours into two separate bowls and mix ingredients in to the sugar and cinnamon.
4.    Enjoy your awesome applesauce!

This is very delicious and tasty dish for kids they like it very much .It maki in about 15 minutes only.So if you want to taste its tast so please try it note its method and ingredients.

Ingredients:
•    1 egg
•    ¼ c. milk
•    dash of vanilla extract
•    1 tbsp. margarine
•    2 pieces of bread
Utensils:
•    medium-size bowl
•    mixing spoon
•    frying pan
•    stove (you’ll need help from your adult assistant)
•    spatula
•    serving plate
•    measuring cups and spoons
Method
1.    Put crack egg in medium size bowl and beat well.And then add milk and vanilla extract.
2.    Put the margarine in a frying pan. Heat the pan on the stovetop on medium heat. It’s hot enough when the margarine starts to bubble.
3.    Dip all the pieces of bred into the mixture of the egg and be sure that bread is totally covered with egg.
4.    Now take a frying pan and cook the bred in oil at low heat until the underside is light brown
5.    Use a spatula to flip the bread over, and cook again for another 5 minutes.
6.    Use the spatula to transfer the French toast to a plate.

Baked Creamy Chicken

This special recipe is making for kids because it complete their nutrition needs and it can make easily so please try this.
Ingredients:
•    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
•    4 1½-oz. slices Swiss cheese
•    ½ can of condensed cream of chicken soup
•    2 tbsp. white cooking wine or chicken broth
•    ½ c. stuffing mix
•    ¼ c. butter, melted
Utensils:
•    oven (you’ll need help from your adult assistant)
•    baking dish
•    mixing bowls
•    mixing spoons
Direction
1.    Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
2.    Put the chicken in a greased baking dish.
3.    Cover all the chicken pieces with cheese slices.
4.    Take another bowl in which combine soup and wine or chicken broth. Mix well.
5.    Now this mixture pour over the chicken
6.    In a separate bowl, mix stuffing crumbs and butter together. Put bread crumbs on top of chicken
7.    Maintain it for 45-50 minutes. Be careful that the chicken is no longer pink inside

Perfect Pineapple Pops

Pineapple pops is a child favourit dish. It make very easily so you should try it note its ingredients.

Ingredients:

•    2 c. plain yogurt
•    ½ c. canned crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice instead of packed in syrup)
•    1 can frozen pineapple or orange-pineapple juice concentrate, thawed

Utensils:

•    medium-sized bowl
•    mixing spoon
•    small paper cups
•    plastic wrap
•    wooden popsicle sticks (available at craft stores)
•    measuring cups

Method

1.    Drain the can of crushed pineapple so all the juice runs out.
2.    Now collect all the ingredients in the bowl and mix together.
3.    Took the mixture into the paper cups.
4.    Stretch a small piece of plastic wrap across the top of each cup.
5.    Using the popsicle stick, poke a hole in the plastic wrap. Stand the stick straight up in the center of the cup.
6.    Cups put in to the freezer until the mixture is frozen solid.
7.    Remove the plastic wrap and peel away the paper cup. You’ll have pineapple pops to eat and share!

It is very tasty and easy recipe for kids they like it very much it can make in 15 minutes only. Please note its ingredients.

Ingredients:

• 1 apple
• 1 banana
• 1/3 c. red seedless grapes
• 1/3 c. green seedless grapes
• 2/3 cup pineapple chunks
• 1 cup nonfat yogurt
• ¼ c. dried coconut, shredded

Utensils:
• knife (you’ll need help from your adult assistant)
• 2 wooden skewer sticks
• large plate

Method

1. Properly wash apples and grapes and cut the apples in small squares,also cut the banana into chunks and cutting the pineapple into chunks if it’s fresh. Keep all the fruits onto a large plate.
2. Spread coconut onto another large plate.
3. Slide pieces of fruit onto the skewer and design your own kabob by putting as much or as little of whatever fruit you want! Do this until the stick is almost covered from end to end.
4. Hold your kabob at the ends and roll it in the yogurt, so the fruit gets covered. Then roll it in the coconut.
5. Repeat these steps with another skewer.
Serve this tasty dish with its nutrition.

Cake is a favorite sweet in my home therefore I prefer self maid then buy from market. I chose very easy and quick recipe of cake which I can also make immediately so like me you can also gave this cake to children for lunch.
Always remember you should add equal quantity of eggs, flour and sugar and don’t blend extra because your cake cannot cook properly.
Lets note these ingredients

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
4 egg or 1 cup
1 Tsp. baking soda
1/2 Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. instant coffee
6 Tbs. oil or butter
1 Tbs. vinegar
1 Tsp. vanilla
1 cup cold water, or strong coffee
Method:
First of all blend the white part of egg for 5 min then add yellow part and blend for 3min. After this mix flour, oil, sugar and baking soda and use fork or hands to mix it don’t use bitter.
Now add 1 cup of cold water or coffee, vinegar, vanilla, salt and instant coffee and mix with fork.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and put the mixture in cake pan, bake for 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Now your cake is ready and serve with fresh cream or as you like.
