Fruit Cake Recipe

Recipe Origin;
Fruit cake is firstly introduced in Rome and then spread all over the Europe and further other countries. Fruit cake is much depending on their materials. Fruit cake also refers as re-gifting scenario.

Ingredients:

  1. Plain floor….. 500 gm
  2. Eggs….. 12
  3. Sugar ….. 500 gm
  4. Raisins ….. 100 gm
  5. Vanilla essence ….. 1 table spoon
  6. Walnut….. 100 gm
  7. Chocolate chip….. 100 gm
  8. White butter….. 750 gm
  9. Ashrifiyan….. 200 gm
  10. Baking powder …..1 table spoon

Procedure;

  1. Add twelve eggs into the bowl and beat well then add baking powder and sugar after stirring it well gradually, add vanilla essence and butter.
  2. After this add flour and continue beating. Then further add walnut, chocolate chip, raisins and ashrifiyan.
  3. Prepare your baking tray with butter paper and pour your cake mixture in tray.
  4. Put your tray in pre-heating oven for about 18 to 20 minutes at 180 c.
  5. Garnished fruit cake with fresh cream and crushed biscuits.
  6. A delicious fruit cake is ready to serve.

Aloo Chicken Kebab

Boiled potato chicken mixture makes a great appetizer for any occassion.So please try it.

Ingredients
potato 1kg
chicken breasts 1/2kg
68 green chillies,
68 stems fresh coriander,
68 stems fresh mint,
3 medium onions
all these things tiny grated 1 tblsp salt to taste
1 tblsp chilli powder
1 teasp ground anar dana
1 teasp zeera ground
1 teasp
2 eggs
oil to fry

Instruction
Boil potatoes and chicken then mash them and mix all ingredient and knead well.
Make medium sized kebabs ,beat two eggs and dip kebabs in egg batter and place in frying pan cook for about 6-8 mins.
Serve hot with tea/coffee etc.

Chicken Curry Recipe

When we try our hand at it, most of us find it isnt as easy as it looks. Actually it is pretty easy. Throwing everything into a pot all atonce and letting it cook will certainly not turn out too good.
Ingredients
½ kg chicken
100 ml onion paste
50 ml. yogurt
1 tsp. coriander (Dhaniya) powder
3 to 4 tsp salt (to taste)
¼ tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder
1 tsp chili (Lal Mirch) powder
1 tsp. garlic (Lehsan) paste
1 tsp. ginger (Adrak) paste
100 ml. oil
1 to 1½ tsp. salt (as per taste)
100 ml. tomato – ground
1-2 green chilies -chopped
1 tsp. garam masala. OR 1 black cardamom (Bari Ilaichi) seeds,
2 green cardamom (Chhoti Ilaichi) seeds,
1 small stick cinnamon (Dalchini)
10 black pepper (Kali Mirch)
6-8 cloves (Laung)
¼ tsp. cumin seeds (Zeera)

Garnish

2 tsp. fresh coriander (Dhaniya) leaves and green chilies (chopped)

Method

Take a fry pan adds onion and cook it in oil until its color change into brown. Add Ginger Garlic paste, yogurt, Coriander Seeds, powder, chili powder, Turmeric powder, tomato, and salt.
Mix and fry briefly and then add the chicken. Mix it and let it cook for 10-15 minutes till the chicken becomes tender and the desired consistency of curry is achieved. Garnish with green chilies, green coriander leaves and garam masala.

Beans in Tomato Sauce

It is very delicious and tasty and make in few minutes so you should make it in your home and take a taste of any restursnt.

Ingredients

Black eyed beans 1 cup
Tomatoes 4
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Haldi 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder 1tsp
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 46
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Cooking Oil 1/2 cup

Preparation
1.
Soak beans for 3-4 hours.
2. Take a pan heat oil in it and sauté onion till its color is change into pink.
3. Add ginger garlick paste red chilli salt pepper haldi powder dhaniya powder and cook masala till oil separates from it.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook again.
Now add beans and cover the lid till beans become tender and oil comes up. Garnish with coriander and sliced green chilies.

Chicken Karahi Recipe

It is one of the most favorite dishes in both countries Pakistan and India and it make in mostly house. It make in different way every one use different method for make it.If you want to make it more tasty and delicious then please note its method.
Ingredients

½ Kg. chicken
3-4 tomatoes –chopped ( optional)
1 onion chopped
3-4 whole green chilies
¼ tsp crushed black pepper (Kali Mirch)
½ tsp. salt (according to taste)
3 tbs. oil
1 tsp garlic (Lehsan) paste
½ tsp. ginger (Adrak) paste

Method
1.    To leave all the cloths of tomato.
2.    Take a watertight container and add chicken Garlic, Ginger, and salt in it. Cook it on low heat until the water of the chicken have dried and chicken is half cooked.

3.    Now mix oil, tomato, green chili and onion in the mixture of the chicken. Cover and continue cooking. When the water dries and chicken is tender add the Black peppercorn stir and remove from heat.
Now you can serve it with boil rice and also bread.

Bhel Puri Recipe

It is tasty dish which make in India and Pakistan.
Ingredients :
180 g

Instruction

•    On a lightly floured surface roll dough very thinly and cut into 5 cm rounds.
•    Put on a tray, cover with a slightly damp tea towel to prevent drying out and let the pastry rest for 10-15 minutes.
•    Heat oil and test by frying one of the rounds.
•    It should puff and swell. If it doesn’t, the oil needs to be hotter.
•    Splash oil over the top with a frying spoon, and fry a few at a time.
•    When they turn golden and drain on paper towels laid over a cake cooler.
•    Add 3 tablespoons oil in a Chinese cooking pain and put rice in it
•    Serve it as traditional standards and set it in a bowl.
•    Lift out on slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
•    When cool add to bowl, sprinkle with garam masala, chili powder and salt and toss to distribute.
•    For each serving put a large spoonful of the crisp nibbles into a bowl, sprinkle with chopped mixture and a spoonful of tamarind chatni.
•    Mix quickly and eat at once so none of the delightful crunchiness is lost.

Japanese Fruitcake

Ingredients

•    1 cup all-purpose flour

•    1 pound raisins

•    1 cup butter

•    2 cups white sugar

•    6 eggs, separated

•    3 cups all-purpose flour

•    4 teaspoons baking powder

•    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

•    1 teaspoon ground cloves

•    1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

•    1 cup milk

•    1 cup flaked coconut

•    1 cup chopped pecans

•    2 cups white sugar

•    1 1/2 cups hot water

•    4 teaspoons all-purpose flour

•    1 lemon — peeled, seeded and minced

•    2 large orange, peeled, sectioned, and cut into bite-size

•    1 pound flaked coconut

•    1 cup pecan halves

•    1 cup maraschino cherries, halved

Instructions

1.    Dedge the raisins in 1 cup flour.

2.    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter and flour two 9 inch round pans.

3.    Scatter the flour , baking powder, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg

4.    Take a large bowl and add cream cream together the butter or margarine and sugar also add egg yolks, and beat until smooth. Now mix it in the mixture of the flour with milk.

5.    In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter, and then pour batter into prepared pans.

6.    Bake for 25 minutes, or until done. Cool layers on wire racks.

7.    In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, water, flour, lemon and orange. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in coconut and cook for 2 minutes. Allow

8.    to cool, and then ice cake. Alternate pecan halves and maraschino cherries halves around top of cake to form a pinwheel.

Braised Fish Asian Recipe

Today we will tell you the method of cooking of Braised Fish its taste like every one who already tastes it. So I will give you suggestion to make it in your home and enjoy its taste. Please note its ingredients.
Ingredients:

Soy sauce
Sugar
Clear stock
Rice wine or sherry
Crushed yellow bean sauce
Spring onions (scallions) finely chopped

Direction

1.    Find the weight and wash the fish thoroughly
2.    Score both sides of the fish diagonally down to the bone at intervals of about 6 mm.
3.    When the fish is to be cooked whole it prevents the skin from bursting and it allows the heat to penetrate quickly and at the same time helps to diffuse the flavor of the seasoning and sauce.
4.    Fry the fish until its color turn to golden.
5.    Now take it out and drain.
6.    Add one tablespoon oil in the wok, put in the finely chopped onions, ginger root and sugar.
7.    Mix and dissolve the sugar then add the bean sauce followed by the rice wine or sherry, soy sauce, stock and the fish.
8.    Then boil it and turn the fish over continue cooking until the juice is almost evaporated.

Chinese Sizzling Rice Soup

Ingredients
•    3 ounces baby shrimp
•    3 ounces skinless, boneless chicken pieces cut into chunks
•    1 egg
•    4 tablespoons cornstarch
•    4 cups vegetable oil for frying
•    3 cups chicken broth
•    1 ounce mushrooms, chopped
•    2 tablespoons chopped water chestnuts
•    1/8 cup diced bamboo shoots
•    1/3 cup fresh green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
•    1/2 teaspoon salt
•    1 tablespoon sherry
•    2/3 cup uncooked white rice
Method
1.    Mix all the chicken, egg and cornstarch also shrimp.
2.    Take a Chinese cooking pan add 3 cup of the oil in when it is hot add shrimp and chicken mixture. and cook it.
3.    Place above mixture in pot with the broth, mushroom, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and green beans boil them add salt and sherry in it. Reduce heat and allow simmering.
4.    Remaining the heat add 1 cup of oil until it is hot. Add rice and brown quickly. Drain and add to soup. Serve and enjoy!

Ham and Chicken Casserole Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
•    1/2 cup uncooked egg noodles
•    2 tablespoons butter
•    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
•    1 cup milk
•    1/2 cup cooked, cubed chicken breast meat
•    1/2 cup cooked, diced ham
•    1/4 cup chopped celery
•    1/4 teaspoon salt
•    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
•    3 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
•    1 teaspoon paprika
Method
1.    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Use low grease for baking dish.
2.    For boiling method use saucepan of lightly salted water. Egg noodles boil in boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes,
3.    In a saucepan also melt butter over medium low heat. Mix in flour, heating until bubbly. Slowly whisk in milk. Cook it until it become thick and smooth.
4.    Remove the saucepan from heat. Mix in the noodles, chicken, ham, celery, salt, and pepper. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5.    Cook it in oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika, and continue baking for another 5 minutes.

•    1 tbsp. margarine
•    2 pieces of bread
Utensils:
•    medium-size bowl
•    mixing spoon
•    frying pan
•    stove (you’ll need help from your adult assistant)
•    spatula
•    serving plate
•    measuring cups and spoons
Method
1.    Put crack egg in medium size bowl and beat well.And then add milk and vanilla extract.
2.    Put the margarine in a frying pan. Heat the pan on the stovetop on medium heat. It’s hot enough when the margarine starts to bubble.
3.    Dip all the pieces of bred into the mixture of the egg and be sure that bread is totally covered with egg.
4.    Now take a frying pan and cook the bred in oil at low heat until the underside is light brown
5.    Use a spatula to flip the bread over, and cook again for another 5 minutes.
6.    Use the spatula to transfer the French toast to a plate.
